Silly error...
Firebug showed, that "addActionsLite" was unknown...
So I found it's not enough to comment out the <NotesComment> tags... ( // <NotesComment> ) X(
It's necessary to delete them.

Next, it is not possible to use
action:"alert('Hello world!')"
as stated in the commented example in custom_js_lite.
I took
action:"return {myCode: alert(\'Hello\')}"
as it was shown by Tobias in

This works fine.
